JavaScript: Update ref_id when copying TaskBot

When I copy a Taskbot that has a JavaScript block that contains a ref_id for variables, it would be helpful if, in the new copy of the Taskbot, the ref_id in the JavaScript block were automatically updated to the new ref_id for variables.
