Send email notification for failed scheduled run

When a scheduled TaskBot fails to run, a red pop-up message shows up in Creator. More often than not, a scheduled TaskBot runs when I'm not actively using Creator, so I don't see this message. It would be helpful if the message were emailed to us using the email address provided for failed runs.

It also would be helpful to indicate which TaskBot failed.
