Google Sheets Duplicate delete multiple match

Be able to select multiple columns in a google sheet. If rows match each other across all columns delete all but keep one. Given this data, I only want to keep one record with matching address regardless of the name.

FirstName LastName Address City Zip

Tom Smith 10 Main St Johnstown 11111

Tom Smith 12 3rd St. Atlanta 22222

Janet Smith 4444 Holly Rd Louisville 33333

Steve Smith 1 Grant Blvd Barton 44444

Tom Smith 10 Main St Johnstown 11111

In my criteria I can say delete duplicates for Address, City, Zip

Only the last row would be deleted
