Organize Taskbots in folders

Allow for Taskbots to be organized inside of folders.

Allow for the creation of folders inside of folders.

As we build Taskbots for every little bit of work we want to automate, for each different platform, for each different account, it just gets super messy and time consuming to find the Taskbots we want to use and combine.
